Timly Pro costs $79 per year and renews automatically. You can get a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid year.
If Timly Pro is not what you needed, email usetimly@gmail.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the full $79. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, Pro access ends immediately.
We do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of a subscription year. If you cancel in month seven, you keep Pro access through the end of your paid term and are not charged again.
This applies to renewals as well. Renewal charges are not refundable after 30 days from the renewal date.
Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel first.
We send a renewal reminder between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, stating the date, the amount, and how to cancel. If you do not want to renew, cancel before the renewal date.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not want, email us within 30 days and we will refund it.
You can cancel at any time using the Manage subscription link at the bottom of every page. Stripe will email a one-time sign-in link to the address you used at purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current year. You can also email usetimly@gmail.com.
You keep Pro access until then. The features available without a subscription are not affected, and your saved district calendar stays on your device.
If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email usetimly@gmail.com and we will correct it regardless of the 30-day window.
If something went wrong, please email first. A chargeback costs us the purchase amount plus a fee and takes weeks to resolve. We will almost certainly fix the problem faster than your bank will.
